Order Cancellation

Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Post this window, orders are processed and prepared for shipping, making cancellation infeasible.

Cancellation Fee: A restocking fee of $20 will be charged for all cancellations, reflecting the costs incurred in processing the order.

Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before confirmation.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return: Returns are accepted only after the product has been properly used as intended for the full 90-day period following receipt. To be eligible for a return, proof of use and purchase is mandatory for processing returns.

Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer bears the responsibility and cost of return shipping. We advise using a tracked shipping method for secure and verifiable returns.

Refund Processing: Upon receiving the return, we will inspect the item and process your refund if the return criteria are met. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-12 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Denial: We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or is returned beyond the stipulated return window.
